"The
Lowest Bidder"
"It's
unwise to pay too much, but it is worse to pay too little. When
you pay too much, you lose a little money--that is all.
When
you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the
thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought
to do.
The
common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting
a lot -- it can't be done.
If
you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for
the risk that you run. And
if you do that you will have enough.
There
is hardly anything in the world that someone can't make a little
worse and sell a little cheaper -- and people who consider price
alone are this man's lawful prey."

I hope
you enjoyed this insight from over 100 years ago. In my business I have
found this to be true. Consequently, I only use and sell materials that
I KNOW will do the job. By focusing on "cost" as opposed to
"price", the wise person always comes out ahead.
Remember:
Concrete
Remedy DS is not a typical "sealer" that just covers
your concrete with toxic waterproofers that wear off in a year or so.
It is not like materials you can just go buy in a store for home use that
need to be reapplied every couple of years.
Because
Concrete Remedy only needs to be applied once, you only buy the material
one time and spend your time applying it once.
While
the "price" per gallon of Concrete Remedy is a little higher
than typical "do-it-yourself" sealers, the
"cost" of using it is exceedingly lower than any
other option. When you add up repeated purchases of ordinary materials
that frequently need to be reapplied, it is clear that their "cost"
is a lot higher. Plus, you have to monitor how they are lasting so you
can re-do the job before their effectiveness is completely gone. Then
you have to do it all over again.
Even
more important than the clear "cost benefit" of using Concrete
Remedy, you can be assured that Concrete Remedy
DS WILL perform according to expectation. You can depend on
only having to apply it one time -- and then forget about it forever.
Thank
you for your consideration. Just close this window and you will return
from whence you came.
